Delivery

If you would like to ship to an overseas country please contact us for a quotation.

• Our shop in Oakham, Rutland is open for click and collect - please contact us to arrange.

• In stock items for UK delivery should arrive within 5 working days.

• In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. We will only charge you for delivery once per order.

• We dispatch parcels using Royal Mail and courier services. We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched.

• A signature may be required for all orders. Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery. If your parcel requires a signature and there is no-one available to sign for your parcel at your address a card will be left by the delivery company. You may need to call to arrange a new delivery date or alternatively collect the parcel from your local depot. The delivery company will attempt to deliver up to three times before the parcel is returned to Mango & The Moon.

• Please note for large and overseas orders the delivery cost will be weight and size dependent, so we reserve the right to contact you regarding an increase in the price and to take additional payment if required. 

• Deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control and will be the responsibility of the customer. 

HOW MUCH WILL MY DELIVERY COST?

As a small family run business, we like to be transparent and honest about our delivery costs. Rather than hiding them in the price of our products, we instead ask for the below contribution towards our deliveries.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

If everything you’ve ordered is in stock and ready to go, we aim to dispatch your order the same working day. Orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.
